It's not too late to actually SMASH your goals in 2022.  It may feel like a long time ago when you decided on your goals but there are still SIX MONTHS left of the year to meet or even exceed your goals.

In this episode, I am sharing the 5 Questions that will help you to understand EXACTLY how to monetise your business during the next 6 months.

Here are the 5 Keys Questions for you: 

Question 1:

List out everything that is working well in your business - whatever the size of your achievement.  

Question 2:

What did you do to achieve these goals?  Get clear about the actions and decisions you took that helped you to achieve your goals.

Question 3:

How much money have you generated this year and from what?  It’s time to track your expenditure.

Question 4:

List out everything that is not working well in your business.  It’s time to get honest with yourself so you know what to focus on in the next 6 months of the year.

Question 5:

What are the key challenges that you need NOW to overcome to achieve your goals by the end of year?

So at the time of recording this, it is June, 2022. And for the purpose of this exercise, I am now inviting you to jump into your time machine of choice. And we're back to that point in time when you sat down and wrote out your goals for this year. See you there. Now it is lightly. That right now, that seems a long time ago. And perhaps because life and business. Is busy. Actually those goals feel like a distant dream. And what we want to do today. Answer five key questions. That's going to help you to understand. Exactly how you can ensure that you have smashed. Your income goals and your business goals. In the next six months. So that you don't arrive at the end of December. Look back on the past 12 months business. And wonder what the heck happened. And why you didn't achieve your goals. And I'm also going to share with you exactly where the money lies in your business so that you can focus on this and actually make more money. So grab yourself a pen. And some pepper. And let's get started. Question one. Is this. I want for you to list out everything that is working well in your business. Regardless of the size of that achievement. So take a moment and just reflect over the last six months. And really start to explore. And recall. What are those key achievements that you have already achieved in your business? So you might need to go through files. You might need to go through your bank statements. Check through social media platforms. Look up all of the brilliant things that have happened so far. And I'm sure that there'll be so, so many. you also want to be asking yourself how much progress have you already made? Towards your original goals that you set at the beginning. Of this year. Question two. Is what did you do? To achieve. These treatments. These results. What do you do to achieve these results? Get really clear by the actions and decisions you took, the helped you to achieve these results. Identify where you've been consistent. In your business, which actions resulted in you achieving our girls. Who is supporting you to achieve your desired results. So who's having the biggest impact. On supporting you to achieve your biggest results. Which systems processes and stretches are currently working for you. And just become a little, a little bit curious about this as well and ask yourself why. Question three is, and I love this one. How much money have you generated this year already? And from what. So it's time here to track your expenditure. Um, this is the juicy part of any review. Remember, you're running a business, you're looking to generate more revenue. You're looking to scale a business. And one of the most important things is for you to really have lots of clarity about. Those things are selling really well and really easily in your business. So it's time to track your income, go back over your business bank accounts and track what you've sold. To who. Something else. You really want to explore as you know who your loyal clients. And are you clear about what the next natural step is for those loyal clients that keep buying from you? You also want to consider which launch strategies are working for you. And if you continue taking the same action that you've been taken. In the last six months where you achieve or even smash your girls. In six months time. Um, what could you sell more off to exceed your goals? Question four. Is list out everything that is not working for you. So it sounded to do really honest review and remember, unless you choose to nobody else is actually going to see this. So you get to be really honest with yourself and actually focus on the things that are not working so that you've got channels to pivot. And change so that by the end of the next six months, you are much closer to achieving your goals. Here's some of the key areas for you to consider consistency. How consistent are you in your business? Visibility. How visible are you every week? Mindset. What are you choosing to believe to be true about your business and yourself? Is this helping. Clarity. How much clarity do you have about your office, your pricing? Your strategy to scale your business, your messaging, who your soulmate client is. Money. Do you have money flowing into your business consistently? Um, is this money supporting you to achieve your personal goals? Selling, what are you selling and what is the frequency? That you go out there and tell the world that you've got something amazing for them. The fifth and final question is this one. What are the key challenges that you now need to overcome? To help you to achieve, or even smash your girls by the end of the year. And the sub questions. Today's to help you to go a little bit deeper. Ah, what are your biggest challenges? Where are you sabotaging yourself? What keeps falling off your to do list and what do you need to delegate? So brilliant. Well done. You've taken some really important time. Out of being in the business to give yourself this clarity about how well your business is actually performing this year. And this is going to really help you to understand exactly where you need to focus, what needs to change so that you can really make sure that the next six months business. Uh, absolutely brilliant for you. And you've now got what my very first business coach called the golden nuggets to your success. And. This is where you have identified everything that's working really brilliantly in your business. And what you want to do there is actually. Do more of those things actually amplify. Your actions in these areas and it's going to help you to monetize your business. I'm going to leave all of these questions down in the show notes, so they don't have to keep pausing.
